Pop Up Precious was opened by Dorothy Hogg MBE, formerly course leader of Silversmithing & Jewellery at Edinburgh College of Art and first jeweller in residence at the Sackler Centre for arts education at the Victoria & Albert Museum London.

Founded in spring 2010, the Edinburgh branch of the ACJ is a community of  jewellers, known for their passion, creativity and thoughtfulness.
The Edinburgh Assay Office, Cookson Precious Metals and SilverHub Studios have generously sponsored this first exhibtion by ACJ Edinburgh.
