Lynne Bartlett
Lynne works with coloured metals especially titanium and aluminium.
The titanium neckpiece, 'A Disappearing Icon?" featured in the ACJ Members' Exhibition, ICONS at NCCD , May-July 2014.
The necklace was hand cut from titanium sheet and heat coloured.
She was awarded a PhD by the University of the Arts London in 2010 for her work investigating colour on titanium at Central Saint Martins College.
Lynne was an Artist in Residence at UCA Farnham and Rochester 2014/5 and at the Old Parcels Office in Scarborough July/August 2016.

Lynne features as the titanium colouring advisor in the programme about the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, part of the second series of Engineering Connections with Richard Hammond. Shown on the National Geographic Channel September 2009 and on BBC2 on 30th May 2010.

Lynne conducted a workshop on the heat-colouring of titanium at the ACJ Conference at West Dean in July 2010.
