Su Trindle - Quercus Silver

Su Trindle
Bath Artists' Studios
Comfortable Place
Upper Bristol Road
Bath BA1 3AJ
Based in Bath, Su works predominantly in silver and resin.

Su's work aims to explore subtle qualities of line and structure to create clean-lined, minimalist jewellery.
She enjoys the discipline and precision of using traditional jewellery making skills in silver. Marrying silver with resin allows her to use colour in a bold, dynamic way without compromising the design and it is important to her that her jewellery is lightweight and comfortable to wear.
A recurring source of inspiration is the abstract work of early and mid-century modernist sculptors and designers.
You can find Su's online as Quercus Silver and it is also featured in many galleries in the UK. Su is a member of the Gloucestershire Guild of Craftsmen and the Devon Guild of Craftsmen.
She studied craft and jewellery design at Bath City College .
